We are looking for a primary head teacher and a secondary PSHE teacher to take part in a leadership event being held by Public Health England in Preston on 23rd November.

We would like you to attend the event and take part in a 'break out session', where you will share your story and experiences of using Public Health England resources in your school.

Each break out session will last 45 minutes, and we will need you to take part in 2 of these during one afternoon session on 23rd November.  You will receive £500 as a thank you for your time.

Criteria for taking part - primary head teacher:

  • Passionate about bringing about behaviour change and cultivating a health culture in your school
  • Be very familiar with Public Health England's Change4Life resources
  • Be willing to share your story and experiences with a group
  • Be able to attend the event in Preston (Lancashire) on Friday 23rd November

Criteria for taking part - secondary teacher:

  • Must teach PSHE as part of your role
  • Passionate about bringing about behaviour change and building resilience in young people
  • Be very familiar with Public Health England's Rise Above resources
  • Be willing to share your story and experiences with a group
  • Be able to attend the event in Preston (Lancashire) on Friday 23rd November
