We are looking for KS2 teachers in England to help shape the development of free resources and a new challenge on recycling with your pupils! WRAP are a charity that work with our communities to help them to reduce waste, develop sustainable products and use resources in an efficient way. They are launching a new challenge for schools, highlighting the importance of recycling and educating children and their families about what can be recycled and how.
The materials will consist of a short introductory film and two PowerPoint presentations and activity ideas. The first PowerPoint is designed to provide introductory content, background info on recycling and to introduce the competition. The second PowerPoint provides a series of activities to guide pupils through the challenge.
We would like teachers to review the materials with their class and provide feedback through a short survey as to how the materials could be improved, prior to them being available to primary schools across England.
Participants will receive £100 as a thank you for your time. Please register your interest if you would like to receive further information and to see if you would like to be involved
